The Healing Species Midwest is a program of Abandoned Paws Rescue which is a 501c3 recognized non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Each contribution – large or small – brings us a step closer to fulfilling our mission.
Our funding is primarily received through grants and direct implementation at the campus. However, there are many schools, residential treatment centers, camps and group shelters that do not have the resources to pay for the program.
Your donation can sponsor a small group or an entire school for a semester of Healing Species instruction. Each child can know that their community has cared enough to give them this gift. We have several of these facilities on a waiting list for Healing Species instruction. These are children who have lost so much of their heart, and have the greatest need for getting it back. We can help match your gift to their need.
